Rewards Shipping & Late Decks
Play Network
New Features
- Shipping at Reward Checkout — Physical reward-store purchases can now show shipping options and costs at checkout, with flexible ways for publishers to cover or charge shipping
- Order Confirmation Emails — Players now receive an email confirmation when a rewards order is placed, so purchases are easier to track
Bug Fixes
- Fixed reward-store checkout returning some players to the wrong store after payment
- Fixed the checkout completion page failing to load for some players after a successful purchase
- Fixed cart edits that sometimes looked like they failed to save for some players
- Fixed adding items to the reward-store cart failing for some players
- Fixed redeeming some reward items from event payouts and code redemptions for some players
Improvements
- Clearer late-window deck submission: players can still submit a new deck after submissions close with a confirmation warning, while existing submitted decks stay read-only
- Multi-item reward orders now ship together in a single package instead of separate parcels per item
- Reward-store carts now check warehouse availability as you shop, so quantities that can't ship are caught before checkout
- Popular reward items are held in inventory while you check out, then released if checkout is abandoned—so stock stays accurate for everyone
- Smoother payment confirmation for some players completing reward-store purchases
- Tighter per-player caching for wallets, transaction history, and event stats so some players more reliably see their own account information
- More accurate reward-store stock checks for some items, so availability at checkout better matches what can actually ship
Publisher Platform
New Features
- Reward Order Management — Publishers can cancel, hold, and refund reward-store orders, with inventory and player ownership updated correctly
- Wallet-Gated Rewards — Reward-store items can now be gated so only players with the right currency wallet can see and purchase them
Bug Fixes
- Improved reward-order shipping so warehouse shipments go through more reliably for physical rewards
- Fixed inventory counts not updating correctly for some publishers when reward orders shipped
- Fixed saving the ship-from warehouse when editing warehouse settings, so outbound reward shipments use the configured origin
- Fixed warehouse stock being overstated for some publishers with multiple configs on the same location—checkout availability now matches real inventory
- Fixed stock undercounting across separate warehouses for some publishers, so in-stock items check out normally
Improvements
- Item pricing and package details for physical products are easier to manage from the publisher dashboard
- Checkout now reserves warehouse stock before payment, helping prevent overselling popular physical rewards
